Refund and Return Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through baselinea.com. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product details prior to purchase and agree to the terms outlined below.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, in the same condition as received, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used items

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Items not in original packaging

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  3. Contact your bank

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges for reasons other than defects are not accepted.

SHIPPING RETURNS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is refused or returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to accept delivery, any refund issued will exclude original shipping costs and return shipping fees.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Baselinea is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost in transit, contact us and we will assist where possible.

POLICY CHANGES

Baselinea reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
